Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.

No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non-delivery.

The owners of the site retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India only.

The prices quoted on our website are for FREE delivery within city limits. Any delivery out of city limits and to villages etc. in the case of perishable items may attract extra delivery charge between ₹100 to ₹500. We will send a link for you to pay this extra delivery charge if required. We shall not hold or delay your order and will endeavour to deliver on the required date.

Orders received after 6:00 PM IST shall normally be processed as next-day orders; however, we shall try our best to deliver the same day. A phone call after placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.

We will attempt delivery of the items once. If delivery is not executed during that attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in any of the following cases:

Delivery not done due to the wrong address.
Recipient not available.
Premises locked.
Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
Recipient refused the products.
Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
